*Undergraduate and graduate students must attach a photocopy of the tuition fees for the academic year 2020/2021 or 2021/2022, as applicable at the time of registration. This fee is only valid for students who do not submit papers as main author or co-author.

IMPORTANT: The data will be checked and any fraud detected in the information submitted will result in a request for full payment, plus a penalty of 30 euros for administration costs, or the denial from participating in the congress without the right to any type of refund.

What is included with registration
  • Visualization of the program.

  • Presentation of a maximum of three papers as main author, of these only one in an invited symposium, and your name may not appear in more than five papers (including the coordination of a symposium). 

  • Publication of abstracts in an E-book in the editorial Dykinson indexed in SPI (Ranking: Scholarly Publishers Indicators), Category: Spanish editorials, Position Q1.

  • Publication of a chapter after acceptance and payment in an E-book in the editorial Thomson Reuters indexed in SPI (Ranking: Scholarly Publishers Indicators) Category: Foreign editorials. Position: Q1.

  • Publication of an article in a journal included in the Web Of Science/Scopus/Dialnet after acceptance by the Committee of Experts and the journal. Strictly following the rules of the congress and each journal for publication.

  • Certificates in digital format.

IMPORTANT: The congress program may be subject to some changes beyond the control of the organization, including changes in the dates of the congress.​

Issuance of Certificates

Each registered author will be able to download from the digital certificates of attendance and presentation of papers from the MY CONGRESS platform. Certificates will be issued within 10 days from the end of the Congress.

The data included in the REGISTRATION FORM and in the PAPER PRESENTATION FORM will be those that appear in the CERTIFICATES and in the PROGRAM. Changes to certificates already issued will have an additional cost of 50€ for each certificate. No changes will be made involving changes in the title or in the number or order of authors.

Refunds

The deadline for the return of the registration fee is July 7 at 2:00 p.m., and the refund will be made after applying a penalty of 50€. From this date and time, the cancellation of registrations will not be possible and no refunds of any kind or under any supervening conditions will be made, including date changes and the presentation only online for justified reasons. If the reason for the cancellation of your registration is due to the non-acceptance of your job proposal, 100% of the registration fee will be returned, even after July 7. No refund will be made in the case of a work accepted with modifications that were not made by the author. In the event of the same work being proposed both as a book chapter and as an article, neither of the two proposals will be considered and the cost of publication of the chapter will not be refunded.

To request a refund, please send an e-mail to the following address: psclinica.sec@aepc.es, attaching a copy of the registration payment. In the case of having made the payment by bank transfer, the complete number of the bank account must be indicated, which must be the same as the account from which the transfer was issued.
